Within the Getting Started: Course Orientation module there is a Help Forum, which lists the 3 ways you can get assistance with the workshop. Just an FYI - I am online M-F from 8am - 5pm but I don't always check my work email over the weekend. If you email me over the weekend you might not hear from me until Monday.
