To submit your manuscript in compliance with the DOE Public Access Plan:

Visit the DOE Public Access Gateway for Energy and Science (DOE PAGES).
Submit your final peer-reviewed accepted manuscript. Include a Data Management and Sharing Plan (DMSP) and provide zero-embargo immediate public access upon publication.
