How should I format page numbers?

Answer

Every page in your manuscript (except the Title and Copyright pages) must be numbered.

Preliminary Pages should be numbered with lower-case Roman

Numerals. The first page that follows your Abstract (whether this be an Introduction, Prologue, Chapter 1, etc.) will be numbered with Arabic numeral 1.

All page numbers should appear at the bottom center of each page. Do not include the word "page" or any stylization with the numeral. Please ensure the page numbers are in the same font as all other information in the preliminary pages.
