Follow the general troubleshooting steps:
- VPN: Are you connected to the Software VPN using the UCIFull Group?
- If no or unsure, refer to Connect from Off Campus (VPN) for troubleshooting tips.
- If unsuccessful, please contact UC Irvine's Office of Information Technology (OIT).
- If yes, go to step 2: Availability.
- If no or unsure, refer to Connect from Off Campus (VPN) for troubleshooting tips.
- Availability: Is the resource currently available from the Libraries? Search for a title in UC Library Search and look for the phrases Available Online, Download PDF, or Available at [Library location].
- If no, submit an Interlibrary Loan (ILL) request.
- If yes, clear your browser's cache and cookies and try again, or try a different browser.
- If unsuccessful, please submit a report so the Libraries can look into the issue further.
